not that I would do such a thing, but it would be an interesting experiment to leave some honey jar open and see how long/if a bear comes avisiting.... on a little hike I took today between houses up to the ridge, I saw plenty of big ole footprints, hoof prints, all kinds of stuff in the mud. I don't claim to be able to identify any of these tracks, but they aren't tiny creatures making these, for sure.
