I would like a very basic telephone answering bot. Let's say it is for a cable tv company. The bot needs to respond to customer requests help with bill problems, help with service problems, cancelations, adding service, etc. (asking for account number to look up billing, ask for name and other info to verify account if account number is not available, etc).

The response for specific questions like "What is my bill for this month?" after asking for questions that would enable the bot to look it up, return your bill is "$$$". Same thing with other specific requets: gather required information to look the info up, and then respond with a canned response.

I just want to see the proof of concept if something like that could be viable. All cases do not need to be accounted for (for the proof of concept).

Thank you,
Jared
