Hi Yavor,
I see you have marked several of avifile's Debian bugs as pending, and
uploaded updated source to mentors.debian.net.

Do you intend to adopt this package and become its Debian maintainer? If so,
you should have a look at the procedure for adopting a package,
<http://www.debian.org/doc/developers-reference/pkgs.html#adopting>; I've
cc'd the bug that marked this package as orphaned (i.e. without a maintainer).

Perhaps you could maintain it as part of the Debian multimedia team (mailing
list cc'd)? That seems a good way to find a suitable sponsor for the package.

(Sorry, I'm not willing to sponsor this package myself.)

No, I have no interest in maintaining this package.  But there's a
good chance that Zdenek adopts it again, I think.

I've made current update for unstable Debian - and I'm trying to get
the package in some releasable product.
