only -i386, sorry about that, misreported the arch.

The PTS rightfully reports the version on the wget binary page for
kfreebsd-* archs, but the filelist is indeed outdated (or there's
something even worse there?). Downloading the kfreebsd-i386 binary,
and calling dpkg --contents on it would show the extra file.

According to dpkg/install-info folks, it looks like autoconf now
notices install-info and runs it, leading to extra files. You then
have to make sure they don't end up in your binaries.
