This has been reported before with Japanese and Cyrillic character sets
as bug #12750 (
http://bugzilla.mozdev.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12750).
Character set conflicts can get very annoying for both users and
developers, so I can't guarantee how quickly we'll be able to fix this.
