it's an automatic maillist, for the most part no one posts to this list, A posting is made when some one puts code into CVS.

Also, for the most part only people monitoring the repository would be interested in those emails. Personally, I'm not subscribed to it. I tried it for a while but it was just way too much stuff. I'm not entirely sure about the value of a human monitoring that mail list. Sometimes it's useful to write programs that track when things are updated.

I do subscribe to it... it makes finding changes a lot easier (via google/gmail autoindexing everything)... It's not for humans
