You can make a few copies of the stats meter and keep track on them with a pencil. I am sure someone at this forum will create a better stats meter to copy and use - I think it could be made a little more concise so that marking it up (and being able to understand what we write) will be easy to do.

FYI, for those of you who have not seen an actual demo of the game itself.  When it does launch, you will be able to keep track of the stats on the mat using these colored crystals.  But even then, if you want to play in the car against your brother, you probably will not be able to use the mat (not enough space, and one good bump and everything is lost) and will still need some way of keeping all the stats on paper.
