Jim,

I think what you will find is that awards like the camping awards are
meant for Boy scouts, which means any camping that has been done as a
WEBELOS scout goes toward their activity pins, and not Boy Scouting Awards.

Has the exact requirements for the badge.

In our troop, any Cub Scout related camping does to travel over to Boy
Scouting.  I don't think when you incorporate the packmaster files into
troopmaster it moves camping over either.
