It is also still mentioned in the current Troop/Team Record Book-BSA Item #34508C on Pg.42.

For those of you that still use those for record keeping purposes when in the field and away from the PC's or Laptops that do not own Blacberry's or whatever your favorite technological toy fetish is these days.
