Does anyone have a solution for this? I have the same problem.

TightVNC 1.3.x is not compatible with Remote Desktop connections and
Fast User Switching. If you use either of these methods to allow several
user sessions at the moment, you will have problems using TightVNC 1.3.x.

This will be addressed in next major TightVNC release. I cannot disclose
its release date at the moment, there will be a separate announcement on
its development status.
