Hi,
we experienced several problems with cvs binaries on windows checking out large modules of about 30000 file and we are not interested in using cvsnt which is not always interacting smoothly with cvs 1.11
.
So a robust cvs client for windows is not that simple, as it could seem .
We had to dismiss in favour of a pure Linux solution.
Real World is not that simile.

This would require to parse the "command line" input. Also, a couple of
command line options might not be available. Sorry, I don't see the benefit of
not using a CVS command line client directly, except that you could avoid
opening a terminal.
