No, I'm afraid it did not. Only critical fixes got into 1.3.1, and
obviously nailgun not working isn't really critical.
You can do your own build, or check out
http://jruby.headius.com:8080/hudson for a nightly dist build. And of
course you can apply the patch that Ole came up with to the Nailgun
sources shipped with 1.3.1 and it should work fine.
