a few questions:
- if you plot the 5 lines of data you posted recently,
do you get the same plot result as i did?
- how large is your data file?
- the gnuplot program - is it from the distribution or
did you compile it from source?

on an AMD 64 bit processor running Ubuntu 9.04.
Maybe there is something wrong with my installation/terminal settings or something else?
