however, we do have to realize that creative commons are only licenses  
under copyright regimes... they don't always 'work' transnationally.  
it is not like the people absolved themselves of copyright when they  
take CC, no, they say.  I maintain my copyright, but i give you  
permission.  That permission may be revoked as best as many legal  
scholars can see.
