I use Firefox, but I also tried using Opera - didn't make any difference
here.

He's using Opera on a W2K machine (iirc), I'm using Firefox on a WinXP
computer. Don't know about his java version exactly (it's a Java6, but I
don't know the exact version), I'm using a JDK 6.0.12 for the server.
