Yes, we'd LOVE TO!

OK, this is confusing to me.  The place that we maintain translations
is only in head --> locales --> locale.  Would you mind aggregating
your updated (UTF) and new plugin translations into one tarball for
inclusion in this location and re-sending it?  Sorry it's taken a
while to respond to you on this.

I'm confused again.  ;-)  Looking at the TRANSLATORS file in the
location mentioned above, I only see these Czech translators:

Czech - cs_CZ - iso-8859-2
    Ondrej Sury <ondrej at sury.cz>
    Tomas Zvala <fox at murder.cz>
    Tomas Drbohlav <tomas.drbohlav at mff.cuni.cz>
    Lukテ。ナ。 Prokop <abeceda.prokop at seznam.cz>

Am I missing some list you have somewhere else?  Hmmm, I see these in
the (current) .po file:

# Lucie Fischerovテ。 <lucka@...>, 2000.
# Tomas Zvala, 2003.
# Tomas Drbohlav <tomas.drbohlav@...>, 2005.
# Daniel Kahoun <squirrel@...>, 2006.
# Tomas Drbohlav <tomas.drbohlav@...>, 2006.
