Chris,
That is a good idea, and I think it will become a combined list but I'm
not sure about doing it before the meeting as I don't want to lock
anyone into one way of describing what they need if it's not quite the
same. Making the combined list is really what we're after though and I'm
sure we'll talk about that. Also my comment came after some blanket
checked everything in the lower section since they don't have any of
those as opposed to what their program would really like to see. In a
sense the need section is more general concepts and the what we have
describes more specific software applications.
As for adding new rows, when you're in the edit mode and you click into
a table field there are little arrows that show up on the border(top and
left) if you click one of those arrows it will add a row or column in
the direction you selected. The x circle will delete.
If you're more comfortable with html you can edit that directly too,
just check off the html box at the bottom of the edit field to switch
the view.

I looked through the roadmap chart. I added a couple of comments and

between what some regions need and what some have, what about just
listing
all the items out in one chart and using different characters to
signify
'Need' and 'Have'?
Also, I was not able to figure out how to add rows to the charts.

Data Collection Workgroup Roadmap
Sorry, apparently I missed the fact that you guys can only make
Mon/Tues/Fri meetings, I'll keep that in consideration when scheduling
the next meeting. We would still like to hear your input on the
RoadMap
concept for this coming meeting.
As I just discussed with Chris we're interested in hearing about any
features(tools) you guys have that are operational, like validation
scripts, data translators and any known shortcomings, places where a
script or a program to perform some feature is missing.
