Karen,
This is a tough one - Troop master may think that there is still access
to the database.
Before doing anything, you will have to manually backup the database to
another area before doing anything.
Here is what the website says, but it is useless, of course.
This can occur if the last user had
difficulty uploading the web database or if
he exited without unlocking the database. If
you cannot get the database unlocked, you
should have your database *ADMINISTRATOR*
manually unlock the files using the *Unlock*
button on the DotNet dialog.
However, if all of your DotNet users are
experiencing this same problem, then the
files on the FTP site are probably damaged.
If this case, you should have your database
*ADMINISTRATOR* replace the damaged files by
reinitializing the database from whichever
computer has the most current data.
My question is if you are able to get into the database itself, before
attempting to sync to dot net?
