Yes that is what happens. The database can not be downloaded.

I am the Administrator, and I get the "The database is locked by Mark."
"Would you like to open the database in Read Only Mode?"
I say yes and it looks like it downloads a copy of the database.
Is it possible that the database I just accessed corrupt?
Should I trust it?
