Re: Database locked

The statement you made above is the key in my opinion - you need to have 'Mark' re-access the datebase.
Have him log onto the system, it should ask him if he would like to continue using the data on his local drive - IF HE MADE any changes while he was in the system when it locked he should say YES. If he simply was running reports with no changes made, then he could choose the other option (Don't remember what it says.)
Than have him log out of system. This will remove the lock and update the files on the 'TM server'.
If this doesn't work, a call to TM is in order.
