I would just try exporting the bad table and make sure you then delete all
the records to see if it goes away.  Make sure you have set the properties
on the table to COMPLETELY DELETE. Then import the table and see what
happens.  If that fails then you are only left with a complete export import
of each table.

Also, be real carefull of your export form to make sure its perfictly
alligned.  Best to just create one from scratch and not use any form that
already exists. Of course, make a complete copy of your database before
trying anything.
