Hi Tom,
Unfortunately, the first option didn't work.
At this point in time, I wasn't sure really what to do with the
complete export import option.
I read the article you suggested, but I just didn't feel confident to
use it.
I have exported a good back up copy of the table and then imported
that back up into a newly created table.
There was only one form to copy over and now it works.
I removed the form from the old table so it would interfere with the
new one, but of course, the old table still exists and an annoying
reminder.
Thanks to yo and all who spent the time emailing me.
Warm regards,
Michael
PS. Tom, If you wouldn't mind answering these questions ...
(1) How do you create a Log File of the Database. I've discovered that
when I change the data file, I can't use it because the Log File
doesn't match or something.
(2) When I fix an error via 4D Tools and the original data has a "-"
at the end of the name while the new data has "-2" attached to the end
of the file name.
How do I match the database with the new data created (as well as the
log file as mentioned above)?
