This bug should be fixed with SmartSVN 6.0.8. Does SmartSVN detect that there is no negative co-ordinate monitor?
If the monitor on the left is taken away, then smartsvn's window should move to the visible monitor. I don' think it is automatic and application needs to listen to OS event and do what is necessary. According to my information there is no Java support for such an event.
