Yes, I did try that.  I haven't rebooted, but I don't suspect that will
fix the issue.  In fact, if I just move SmartSVN to the LEFT monitor (in
negative window coordinate space), then close it, the next time I open
it, SmartSVN is at the top-left corner of the RIGHT monitor.  So it's
trying to be over there, but failing somehow.  But some windows pop up
in the correct place.  The Commit window works and pops up on the left
monitor.  The Diff window pops up on the right monitor.  Pretty annoying.

Hi Jason,

This bug should be fixed with SmartSVN 6.0.8. We were not aware of the
possibility to have screens at negative coordinates.

Does SmartSVN detect that there is no negative co-ordinate monitor?

If the monitor on the left is taken away, then smartsvn's window should move to the visible monitor. I don' think it is automatic and application needs to listen to OS event and do what is necessary.

A window in a virtual negative co-ordinates is not easy to access.

Hi Prakash,

Yes.

According to my information there is no Java support for such an event.
Because of other Java bugs (e.g. crashes on Windows) we recommend to exit
SmartSVN before changing the monitor configuration and relaunch it after the
change.
