Yep That worked.
How do you disable right click in the desktop that takes you to create new folders settings. I would want the end user not to perform any actions.

In the window manager settings you can disable the minimize button by
dragging it to the "hidden" ones in the Style tab. You can disable the
minimize keyboard shortcut by disabling the "Hide window" shortcut in
the keyboard tab in the same dialog.

Doesn't that retain the option in the context menu of the title bar?
