I too, love dogs. They just always seem happy. I'm OK with them in one's home, in the kitchen or hanging around the dinner table for scraps. I public though, I think the owners have to be responsible for their dogs actions. They must also remember that not everyone feels for dogs they way they might. Some people are afraid of dogs. I think consideration of others should be exercised when allowing dogs around the commercial center.
