I didn't understood that compand can use more than two pair of in-out points. --plot also helped a lot. :)

This seems to me the correct compand
compand 0,0 -47,-43,-35,-35,-30,-25,-20,-21,0,-20 0 -100 6

I meant that -16..+4db would be -20..0 dbfs, so each db pair in my post should be decreased by 4 to get the dbfs.
