Jasypt 1.5 works perfectly with JRE 1.5, the only thing you have to do
is add the icu4j library to your classpath, as explained at the FAQ at
http://www.jasypt.org/faq.html#i-receive-a-classnotfoundexception-icu4j
and in
http://www.jasypt.org/dependencies.htmlAnyway, if you are sure you want version 1.4.x, you can download it from
jasypt's sourceforge download page at
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=183612&package_id=213282
(or from the maven repositories if you are using Apache Maven)
