Hi,
I think the MMU-less patches have been integrated into the
mainstream linux kernel.
Somewhere along 2.6.31 or 2.6.32 the AVR32 UC3 port (which is
mmu-less) should show up in the main kernel. It's currently in the
avr32-linux git
