Hi,

Do you have access to the HTML page at
http://127.0.0.1:8084/petals/services/listServices?

If not, try:
http://localhost:8084/petals/services/listServices?

By default, the SOAP component should use the localhost bound interface,
which is not always configured to be 127.0.0.1
