Download the Windows of Flash from the Adobe site (trail version) and install it on Linux using Wine.

I did a search for a Adobe Flash program for Linux and the only hits I get are
for a player.  I don't see how that would let me see the ActionScript inside
the fla file.  Are you saying that it will?
