A quick correction, OpenBox is a WM not a Virtualization software, sorry. I mean to say VirtualBox :)

Flash 8 will run, though. Google for it and will find some tutorials.

I recommend setting up a VM with OpenBox or VMWare Workstation and install XP on it, at least while Adobe doesn't release native versions of its main tools for Linux OSes.

While I will run XP in a VM, I won't, ever, run Windows as my primary OS again.
