ru tld rules.

describe    LOCAL_URI_RU        contains link to Russian domain

uri        LOCAL_URI_NAROD_RU    m{https?://.{1,40}\.narod\.ru\b}
describe    LOCAL_URI_NAROD_RU    contains link to http://foo.narod.ru
