Sure, I can test it. By the way I ran that test with jcifs version 1.2.25b (the one resulting from the last iSeries-related problem) but it looks like the problem is with how the server behaves so I don't expect that the latest jcifs version would make any difference. I can see the listing and how JCIFS is incorrectly stepping through the entries with redundant TRANS2_FIND_FIRST2 requests. I don't know what the source of the problem is yet but I have added this to the TODO for futher investigation and getting a capture is an important prerequisite for doing that. When I have time, I'll take a look and see if I can fix. Thanks for your feedback. When I get it resolved, I'll follow up and perhaps you can test the package.
