Well. It could be the .jar file containing the robocode-setup.jar
file that is corrupted. Have to tried to download it from another
mirror on SourceForge?
Hmm.. perhaps you could also try to set your JAVA_HOME to your java
installation, e.g. C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_06 or similar.
Your PATH should include %JAVA_HOME%\bin
You could also try to download another version of Robocode and see if
this makes a difference?
