The firewall can definitely handle 1 interface with multiple public IPs.  It also has dual wan ports, plus a DMZ port.  The dual wan ports will allow you to do failover and in instances where more processing power is required, two of the freeGuard 100's can be stacked together to act as one unit larger unit.
