I think I spotted the rogue capitalization mistake. I correct it in
CVS, so you can try it.

Hi Andres,
After browsing CVS it appears things have changed, but I noticed at
least one improperly capitalized path that would cause the CoreAudio
build to fail on my system. I'll check out trunk later after work and
try to put together a patch that would allow Csound5 to build on my
system with no hassles.
By the way, I really loathe firing up CVS again :) Has there been any
discussion about migrating to a later-generation system like svn or
git?
