Hi,
I am not sure about the current state of cdrdao. It seems that nothing happened
for some time....it seems that the last change happenes 1 months ago.

I own more than 50% of the Copyright on this project

I own a significant amount of Copyright on parts of this project (e.b. 100% in libscg).

I would try to avoid the FSF as the FSF itself publishes projects that
are based on Copyright violations (e.g. libcdio, vcdimager).
I did try to sue two companies in Germany for GPL violations long before
Harald Welte did and my experience is that you usually cannot sue companes for
GPL violations.
The company in question has an unkonwn location, so the first problem is to
find a way to send them a letter with legal content.
My experiences are that such companies will just disappear if you try to sue
them and you will have to pay for the attorney.
What do you like to do?
