The maintainers of mingw32msvc don't build make like this.

Anyway, had a look and does indeed look like Debain is moving away from
mingw32msvc name at the same time as they are supporting MinGW-w64.

Feel I did my due diligence on this and learned some stuff. Cheers for
the info. :-)
