This is fixed in the latest GTK# for Windows.

In older GTK# versions, you could use the workaround described in the email:

Well,I just figure out a really simple way .Just download the gtk-wimp(http://gtk-wimp.sourceforge.net/)
and replace the old file in gtk sharp.And it works!
