This bug was introduced in the time frame between when I sent out my
mail and when you did the git pull. :-( Please re-pull, I've fixed it.

Yeah, that's kind of lame isn't it. The problem is that unless the
Akismet module is installed, there're no menu items under that menu so
it's in a weird state. I moved the creation of that menu into the
Akismet module for now which resolves this.
