You're going to have to explain this statement further - and as a
general observation, I think we need to have a larger conversation about
caching in general. We should start talking about this now, before
there's pressure to write an implementation ;) To get things started,
I'm going to reorganize & update the hint-related wiki pages to capture
exactly where we're at today.
