Per your request, I renamed the windows version "gramps_3.0.4-1_winxp2000.exe".

I have loaded on my Windows XP machine and it works there, for those functions that I use (which is NOT every function). I have no way to test on Win2K although, in theory, it should work.
I have only placed it on the drop.io site so that others could test it. After a while, assuming that I hear of no problems, I will request that it be loaded onto the regular GRAMPS site. As far as testing is concerned, I refer only to the installation process as all that I have done is package GRAMPs for Windows installation and cannot address functionality problems of GRAMPS itself.
