Oh, that's composite video your looking at. The sound is easy, you can
pick up a minijack (computer speakers & headphones plug) to RCA (the
red & white) cable for cheap at Tandys or similar. HDMI to composite
would be harder, I can't think of anything to do it directly off the
top of my head. I'd say your best bet would be to record the
animations on your laptop, then transfer them to an older laptop with
analog video out (the round plug), which is easy to get a composite
plug for.
Anyway, good luck with getting them transfered.
