simply follow the instructions in the documentation (http://www.cartoweb.org/doc_head/docbook/xhtml/user.routing.html)

basicaly, you need to install the PgRouting module. Cartoweb plugin simply wrap around that module.

 

if you have specific question about data treatment and graph generation, please ask directly the pgRouting team (http://pgrouting.postlbs.org/wiki/pgRoutingSupport)
