Not in the notation editor (unless I forget). But there are halve and
double durations functions in the matrix editor which could be worth a
try, at the risk of having to re-do some notation afterwards.
Actually in the notation editor you can do this kind of operations on
selected notes through the adjust->rescale menus.
Or have I understood wrongly what you are trying to do?
