Wurth do a solid insert, which may be a solution. Helicoils are good but unless the holes have been tapped out using the specific Helicoil tap that comes with the kit, they probably won't fit correctly.

Any of you guys got a spare hayabusa head lying around (complete assembly
needed cams, valves etc)

I sourced one last week only to find the previous owner in his infinite
wisdom had drilled out the mounting head threads from m10 to m12 :((((((
