Can we have a make rule such as "If K3D_BUILD_MESH_MODULE and error
then echo "Turn K3D_BUILD_MESH_MODULE OFF in ccmake config."
Is that possible with ccmake?
Or should I update the wiki with a warning? (which I will forget long
after it is no longer relevant...)
