Probably, not quite what either of you had in mind but a friend of mine gave
me a leaflet for this place for another friend - he didn't fancy it, but it
does look fun for the right person.

...but I did have a similar request to ask - i.e. does anyone know places
(or a list of places) in the UK or abroad that cater for holidays for people
with severe disabilities (i.e. including carers and hoisting etc)?

Hello,

I wonder if anyone has been involved with or has heard of any holiday
resorts/hotels that have environmental control systems installed at their
premisses. So besides the standard equipment that one would find at an
accessible establishment of this kind, is there any where appliances can be
controlled via an environmental control unit, either the client's one or one
that the hotel can provide. I understand that if the customer's own unit
were to be used there could be some programming issues but has anybody heard
of something like this to exist?
