Sorry if you lot already know this (and it doesn’t' necessarily answer question on ECS provision) but there is always the Radar Holiday guide:

and Vitalise provide short breaks and respite in centres across the UK (apparently):

(used to be in offices with both these organisations which is why I know of them).
