The latest EDGE version (and this week's release) solves this
problem. Now, if you put # as the first character in the first row of
a table, then the first row will be hidden.
So you can do this:
#|comment|
|That row won't show up, but this row will|
#|script|
|Some people hate the word "script" showing up. So you can hide it
this way.|
#!|script|
|LiteralTablesStillWorkAsUsual|
